Team...apologize for missing yesterday's meeting but Airport Ops took precedent. Looks like progress on all fronts.

A special welcome to Kelsey. Also note to Kelsey regarding non-profit status. Important to get on this as there are opportunities for grant funding to support this worthy effort. E16 recently rec'vd a $10k grant form AOPA.

Marjorie....the Airport is committed to finishing the painting of the units before the rains. Please advise if you have other plans. Additionally the Santa Cruz Chapter of American Red Cross is interested in bringing their connex boxes to the location. This is part of the Airport's larger plan of developing an operational area to leverage ARC capabilities.

Dan....regarding Material what's the plan to secure the Connex boxes? The locks. Whose locks are on the boxes....we can use ours, but would prefer W.E.A.C.T. has their own. Combos preferred.

At some point (next month?) I want to get the W.E.A.C.T leadership in front of the City Council....five mins. Basically a "thanks for the support" message.

We continue to support W.E.A.C.T. and look forward to a mutually supportive emergency planning effort.

Thanks!
